Chiasson Residence

Overlooking the town of Los Gatos in California, the Chiasson Residence offers a stunning view of its surroundings. The architects were asked to design an extension for the ground level, alongside additional renovations including updated interior design and newly-installed interior and exterior finishes.

Its redesigned facade allows for additional sunlight to pour in, while lending to more breathtaking views than ever before. The work completed on the residence’s interior is distinguished by its redesigned kitchen and open-concept dining room, leading to a terrace with a spectacular view.

On the upper level, the master bedroom was reconfigured and outfitted with a private balcony. The exterior cladding was redone with a non-combustible plaster coating. 

On the whole, the space is now larger and brighter, with a more intuitive layout and a delightfully modern aesthetic.
